Hey ladies...so my father is getting test results back from a tumor that was found on his kidney last week. I've been hush about it because I am just trying to keep positive. Today my family is all meeting and going to the Dr. together at 8 to meet and discuss the situation and get the results. I'm sick to my stomach all day with nerves. If you can all just say a little prayer for my father...thanks

UPDATE:

Ladies thank you so much for your prayers. It turns out that my father has kidney cancer of the lining of his kidney. It is malignant but the outcome is good because they were able to catch it very early. He will have surgery to remove his kidney, ureter and partial bladder but no chemo and he will be good to go after. So although you hear cancer and you get scared, we are all relieved to at least know it is able to be taken care of. Thakn you again for all your prayers!

I know how you feel. Two months before my wedding I was disgnosed with cancer.
What hospital is your dad going to?
I went to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and they were the best.
