The price difference is HUGE but honestly I dont even care anymore lol And yes I know they are very similar besides the bow.... and NO I WILL NOT sit there trying to make these bows on the plain invitation b/c I already tried and it does not come out right!
Sorry the pic of the second invite isnt the best. You can click this link for a better pic Click here for Invite #2
I def like the 2nd one but I would be concerned about mailing them, costs, handling etc.

I like#1
My cousin had used #2 for her wedding invites.
From a guest perspective, no one in my whole family knew which was what with that invite. They are all stuck together on top of one another, the invite itself was the big bottom one, then the reception card, then another card on top of that with the ribbon. I was confused, when i opened it..
I heard she paid $1000 bucks for them..

yes the price difference is huge. And yes invites #2 are going to cost around 1k for a set. I wonder why it was so confussing?? The one with the ribbon is the actual invitation.. The price diffrence is more the double.

I like #1 - I am probably not the norm though. I think I am the only one on this site who is anti-bow!

The layers are glued together with that tacky rubber stuff like rubber cement. You don't actually get to the actual invite until you peel all the layers off. So everything you stuff in the invite, is all on top, guests wil find out where the reception is, directional cards, etc. before they find out who it is, and where the church ceremony is..

IMO that is a crazy price difference that I personally would never pay for invitations. If you really like #2 then go for it!

The bow is pretty decent, pretty satin material. It held up pretty well, it did flatten a little. The invite itself is HUGE! be prepared to pay $1 each for postage.
IN my opinion, I didn't like the layout or presentation of the invite. The wording on the actual invite was HUGE, like at least 18 point, in a script font-Maybe that is what the bride chose, but to me the font and size made it seem too informal. I hope that isn't the standard with that type of invite. I still can't believe she spent $1000 bucks on them.
Did you order a sample? It is def the type of invite you don't see over and over, VEry unique! But if you like it, GO FOR IT!!

I dont think this company gives out samples.. I went to go see it at an invitation store near me... I think that is the font that the bride picked b/c the one at the store was normal sized... i think lol Thank you for being honest about them I really appreciate it
I also want to that if we do decide to order them there is no way I was paying the full price of 1k... I always have to find a bargin! lol
