we invited everyone who is in a 'real' (exclusive?) relationship with a +1. we did not invite people that we are know are single with dates.

We invited everyone with a plus one. We figured if they are close enough to be invited to the wedding they deserve to be allowed to bring someone.

Yup. And I know a lot of people won't bring someone, but I'm giving them the option anyway.

I'm only inviting people with a plus one if they are dating someone or will not know too many people there...also I'm inviting my sie bridal party members with a plus one

we are inviting most people with a guest.... but i would also allow guests who are in a serious relationship that may not be engaged yet with a guest as well

only a few of our friends aren't getting a plus one. and they aren't in relationships and are friends with many people attending. so if they have a problem with this, they can kiss it!
