PMS

In like the past 6ish months I've noticed I have CRAZY PMS. When I was younger (and up until about a year ago) I would get horrible cramps. But in the past 6 months, the cramps arent nearly as bad, but man oh man I've been going nuts. And really feel bad for FH.

Has anyone else noticed this with themselves?
