Is there anything you can take to help PMS. I am having terrible PMS this week. I could cry at the drop of a hat. And have done so at least 2 times today.

No seriously I just take advil and then cater to my every PMS craving. or watch a real tear jerker and cry yourself silly - that should cure any crying at work incidents for the next day. Stay away fromwine it will make you weepier.
I also recommend: Freindly's ice cream Good TV CARBS - preferably pizza
