PMS home remedies?

Anyone have any quick fixes?? I'm about 3 seconds away from throwing something (or someone) out the window. Plus I'm super bloated and tired....

I swear it's never been this bad before...and I'm on the pill!!

Isn't the pill supposed to eliminate PMS?? It did for about 8 years but lately the week before AF I'm ready to scream, cry, bite...

Maybe it's the wedding irritating your pms???? Stress + PMS = complete crazy lady????

I say try to exercise or watch a comedian on tv, listen to music and dance around your living room... anything that's going to get some energy out of you.

if shes in the type of pain i think shes in, i dont even think she could move. She said she felt like she was about to puke and that used to happen to me. I couldn't even move an inch when i was in that much pain, the cramps are excruciating.

also to the OP-STAY AWAY FROM CAFFEINE that will aggrevate it more

I thought the same thing. I would suggest exercise too. Sex doesn't hurt things either...

Sex would be an option if he wasn't one of the contenders to go through the window today!

I know how that goes ...

2010 bride here:

heating pad. i have a cat so whenever i have bad cramps i make her tay right against me and her purring really helps. my sister boils a pot of water then put the water into a ziploc bag & puts that with a towel. she says it works.
