PMS home remedies?

Original post by kmcs317

Anyone have any quick fixes?? I'm about 3 seconds away from throwing something (or someone) out the window. Plus I'm super bloated and tired....

I swear it's never been this bad before...and I'm on the pill!!

Thanks all.

Isn't the pill supposed to eliminate PMS?? It did for about 8 years but lately the week before AF I'm ready to scream, cry, bite...

I am going off it RIGHT after the wedding!!

Actually I noticed when I went off the pill that I barely had any PMS!!!!

I now know that my INSANE mood swings bloating and fatigue were made WORSE by the pil!!!

2010 bride here:

heating pad. i have a cat so whenever i have bad cramps i make her tay right against me and her purring really helps. my sister boils a pot of water then put the water into a ziploc bag & puts that with a towel. she says it works.

awwww! i used to do that with my kinnie!!!!

but exercise & sex always helps me.

even just a quick brisk walk.

yoga is my ultimate fix. esp bikram...oh yeeuuuh.

and no sugar or carbs for a few days as well.

or you can just go with it & have a lifetime movie marathon day.

feel good ;)

You just eat some coconut for the week or so before?? Interesting...I absolutely love coconut! Who would've thought.

Hot pack on your belly and relax, if possible.
