I used to use this Scotch removable glue stick (in a blue tube) for a lot of projects, and I can't seem to find it. But now i'm thinking maybe that's not even my best option.
Katleigh3's invites need to go out ASAP, so we gotta get our arses in gear, and I want to have everything ready to go!
So what did all you DIYers use, and how did it work out for you?

edit: maybe it doesn't come in a blue tube anymore. maybe this is it:
the one i'm thinking of is very sticky, but comes off if you need it to, and dries instantly.

I used glue dots / strips. I tried the glue stick thing, but it doesn't really last that long, and the tacky glue soaked through the inviites. The strips are worth the money.

You can use spray mounting from the scapbooking section.

I used a roll on adhesive found in the scrapbooking section. Worked great!!!

totally agree. I used the glue stick on my engagement invites and they came apart. I used the glue dots and strips for my cousins baby shower invites I did and they stayed together.

I did, even the permanent. I used it to make my lifesaver wrappers and after a while the wrappers all opened.

i have a layered invite and the glue dots did not keep the cardstock flat to the bottom layer. it wasn't bad looking but it wasn't that necessary for me to have it flat. someone also said they used perm double-sided tape. this would keep the edges down. but the glue dots r so easy and quick.
