Poll: Bridal Shower & Children?

Original post by ChrissynRicky

Just curious to know if anyone had any younger adults at their bridal shower....

My cousin is 11 years old and is a Jr. BM. MOH just asked if it's okay for her to come to the Bridal Shower, and I said okay - since she's in the bridal party, if it anything gets too graunchy - we can plop her booty somewhere else.

I don' t think a Bridal shower is a place for little kids. Older teens (like 16,17 and up) OK. Sometimes things can get a little innapropriate for the young ones....At my best friends shower I gave her a Kama Sutra, I dunno if I want little kids seeing that stuff, plus people give lingeries, even gag gifts so I'm not an advocate for kids to see these things....

I have no clue whose gonna be there, my MOH is keeping everything top secret!!!!

But I would say that it's OK to have young adults if they'll have other entertainment like video games, board games, etc. Plus it shouldn't get crazy at the bridal shower, I believe that's what the bachelorette party is for.
