FMIL walks with a cane so they're not going to do a dance. and i'm not close with my father at all so we're nixing the father/daughter dance too.

You hit the nail on the head, well sorta...my dad might be coming, my step father will be there, my god father is giving me away. I feel like whatever I do I will feel awkward. Now that I nixed my dance, FH wants to nix his, he says he doesn't think his mom will care and his brother didn't do one. Also, one of my bms said it would look odd to do that dance and not the father/daughter dance.

It might look odd or if you want you can do a dance with a male figure that means the most to you. My friend had both chose two separate songs for her stepdad and her dad because she couldn't decide and didn't want one to feel bad. Either way if you want to just do a mother /son dance its your wedding. You should go for it.

FMIL wouldn't have it any other way....
In your situation... if you aren't doing a father/daughter dance and FH doesn't mind nixing the mother/son dance then just get rid of both of them! It'll add a lot more time to your wedding, and it doesn't seem like either of you mind not having it. Most people won't even notice that you nixed it.

I kind of want him to do it but he's not having it. He's kind of like, if you don't have to do it, neither do I! I'd love to do it but I know whatever I do someone will get hurt and just not say anything. I thought about starting the dance with one of them and having the other two cut in at different points but it was too stressful to keep thinking about so I cut it out.
