I feel like I have more friends with implants then without..is it really that common?

I could use them, but I think mine are proportionate with my body, so I think it's best to stay where I'm at. I think Pam Anderson looks a little weird with her tiny body and those humongous things.

I dont want them and dont think I need them- I'm a C.. However, would like a life to make them perkier.....

I lost 115 pounds and I used to have a size 42CD. Now I am about a 36C though I wear only padded bras. I lost so much FAT from my breasts, that they truly look deflated. Having a breast lift wouldnt be enough to fix this. Any plastic surgeon would tell me that in order for the skin to fall and look natural, they would have to remove skin and fill out the rest. I dont want to have major league yabos, I just dont want my nipples and my belly button to make friends!

I have read too many horror stories about botch jobs that I would never have them. I think the industry convinces women that saline are safer than the silicone ones were, but I am still not convinced they are totally safe. I also don't really need them, so maybe that affects my answer.

I also don't think I would ever have cosmetic surgery- I don't want to go under the knife unless it is absolutely necessary.

eta: I'll share, 'cause it was the best decision of my life.

I went from a 40 DDDD(G) to a perfect, happy little 36D. They now 'fit' my body, and are so friggen perky, I can wear those tanks with the shelf bra in 'em without any issues. I had a total of 11 lbs of fat and glands removed - and also cut my risk for breast cancer but having extra glands removed. Yes, it was painful, and yes, the scars were there for about a year, but now I'm 1.5 yrs post-surgery, and the scars are all flat and faded.
My chest was verrrry genetic - no one in my family (extended included) is smaller than a D.

I have no need for implants. I'm stacked to the point where it's annoying but not to the point where I need surgery. Which is a good thing- it would take a lot for me to do that as I am a big wimp.
