I know you can be wrong about someone, but I also think there are some people who would not cheat. I know that if FH or I ever felt the urge to stray, we'd come to one another with it and talk about it and try to solve the problem. it's just the way our relationship is.

I know ALL about being shocked by someone cheating. My dad just walked out on my mom after 32 years of marriage with a woman who was in diapers when he met my mom. I just think there are some cases where you just don't have to worry. You could be wrong, but you could also be right

I think about it sometimes. I certainly don't harp and dwell on it and I definitely don't expect that he would ever cheat. But I think it's foolish to think that anyone would/could 'never'.

When I was younger I used to worry. That was just my insecurity though. But I think that I've grown closer to my DH over the years and we respect each other and our marriage to never do that to each other.

I think about it sometimes since my dad cheated on my mom...

But then I try to remind myself that FH is not my father - not by a longshot.

I don't think about it very often, but the thought does creep into my head from time to time...

No, I don't worry about it at all.....BUT I also know that ANYTHING is possible, so I'm not naive about it.

I don't worry about it. FH and I discussed cheating before and he said he would never do that, that he doesn't believe in it. He is also pretty old-fashioned. I know anything could happen and never say never. I am not niave by far.
I actually think FH would be too scared to deal with me after something like that.

I agree with Jimmy's Bride. I don't worry about it really, but it does cross my mind every once in a while. I'd like to say that he'd never do that and that I know him well enough to know he never would...but you can never say never...

I never really worry about it - although when he goes out with the 'boys' for some drinkin I still tell him not to do anything I wouldn't like!

My thoughts exactly. Plus FI prides himself of being respectful of me - and I really don't think he'd ever disrespect me or our relationship in that way. But - - even at 30 and 34, we're young - and people change as they age - so you never know. But I'm not worried!
