Hey everyone. Quick question. I come from an Italian family and I'm getting the Tri-Color Salad, but can't decide on my other option...Ceasar or Greek. I like Greek better.

I voted for Caesar because I think its a more popular choice amongst your guests .. and since you have tri-color as one choice, having Caesar as the other choice is a nice option

i think more people would eat ceaser definitely... not everyone likes the onions, feta and giant olives...

It looks like Ceasar is ahead. What's better to please your taste buds or your guests? My mom also said Ceasar. I think it's in my best interest to go with the Ceasar before my Italian family goes into some outrage.Lol....Maybe if my fiancee was Greek I'd be able to do Greek and get away w/ it....but he's also Italian. Lol

Only thng I have to say is that if you have any vegetarians at your wedding- they may not be able to eat the Ceasar salad-- the dressing is usually made with anchoives.

Never thought of that. I don't think anyone in my family is a vegetarian. But it's good to find out just in case. Thanks for the thought.

Well, being a veg. I notice these thing : ) Check with your venue and see if it is made w/o anchoives and w/o eggs-- the dressing that is.. Generally veg. versions are fish free and 'eggless'.

The place can probally make a 'dressing free' salad for veg.'s.
I really wanted Ceaser at our wedding (FH and I LOVE ceaser, I also LOVE greek!) but we are opting for the 'house' salad. B/c not everyone likes ceaser...

I would pick the Tri Color salad over Caesar b/c I hate that Caesar has that garlicy taste.

Definitely Ceasar salad! That's what we offer to our guests. It's much more likeable and enjoyable by guests of all regions, ages, cultures, etc.

I love Greek but I don't know many others who do- I think Caesar is more popular for hte most part...

We had ceasar sald..and most of the guests ate it. We went to a wedding last year where it was ceasar and alot of guests didnt so we tried something non traditional and it worked for 'our' crowd.

I think as long as you are going to have the tri-color, then you can go with the Caesar (it is really the most popular.) I as well as many are allergic to fish and can't have the anchovy paste that is in the Caesar. In all honesty, I would go for the Greek and the Caesar!!!
