Poll: IF you were to move out of NY what would you miss

I will miss White castles Dirty water dogs NY pizza NY Bagels the smell of the honey nut peanut vendors on the corners in the city (as much as that smell is nasty it definatly will be something I will miss) Being able to grab cheese fries at 4am Subways (as nasty as they are its just great that you can get anywhere in 4 of the of 5 bouroughs for just 2 dollars. It may take forever but you can still do it)

I went to school in California and I missed:
family - way too much
all products bread related (pizza, bagels) there is just nothing like NY pizza and bagels
chinese food - not even close to what we get here
the pace of everything - too slow elsewhere
I hated that they put mustard and ketchup on burgers at McD and BK (back in the day when I could eat that stuff)
Deli's - what they call a deli is pathetic
iceberg lettuce on sandwiches (no sprouts for me thanks)
