Would you believe we haven't even turned it on yet! We have this 'manual' on operating the system that neither one of us wants to read through. Last night we just turned on the ceiling fan and we were fine. Central AC is new for us as you can probably guess.

UH OH! are central ac's different from regular (I mean aside from the obvious)? I left my regular ac on for my puppy today - and i left it on 68 or 69 (i forget which). it's on energy saver, so it will go on and off. but, now I think she may freeze!! Can someone tell me if I am wrong.

minniebride, she wont freeze! I Love it at that temp
I think the thermostats are a lot different as a regular air is constantly on but if you hit thermostat, I guess it is like cental
I wouldnt worry, she probably loves you for it!

I keep it at 75 for the bunny. I think that is a comfortable temperature.

Okay - thanks! I guess you're right. Once it reaches 68, it will shut off. Still, I hope THAT isn't too cold for her (brrr). If so, she can go bask in the sun in the second bedroom, right?

I keep it on 75 while we're home... at night though I keep it on 72 because it never seems to get cool up stairs! The rest of the house is freezing at 72 though.... During the day I keep it on 78.
