I voted #1 because I like the simpler not as much fluff kind of look. Both are pretty, it just depends on the look you want.
Oh and the first ones will cost about $1 per invite to mail because of the shape, so you may want to consider that too.

#1 is more modern, while #2 is a little old fashioned.
