Let me help with this
diamond earrings married for 15 years - been there done that
getaway trip to location of Liz's choice (3 day minimum) I want this too - she won't fly
anniversary band bought her a VVS1 ring last year
a nice watch again married 15 years been there done that
some nice accessories- perhaps from the new Coach collection good idea last coach i bought her was years ago
dinner and a Broadway play going to opera next week
need more suggestions please

Does the getaway have to be by plane -- how about the mountains in upstate or Western MA? Tell us more about what she likes? Is she into electronic gadgets, does she like pampering like at a spa? What does she collect?

Seriously I am a fan of indiulgent things that people will not buy for themselves -- like a years worth of pedicures or a day at a spa...like that.
