POLL: Need Hair HELP!!!!!!!!!

Original post by eogara

Ok, so some of you saw that although my hair looked great when I left the trial yesterday, the whole style (curls and actual hairstyle) basically fell apart by 10PM last night (my reception would go until 12AM and it had started falling before I would have even gotten to my ceremony).

So, my question is this... do I stick with this hairstyle and ask her to put in more product and PRAY that it stays OR do I switch to the style below (Sarah Michelle Gellar)?

I would wear my veil all night and no tiara but this hairpin with both.

I voted for the 2nd one... I would love to see how it looks in a trial...

I absolutely loved your trial! but I'm going to tell you what happened to me. My hair is straight and I had my hair down in curls for my wedding and I regret it! They didn;t hold up and I ended up puting my hair up. I hate how it looks in the pictures and the video, because is not curly or straight, it doesn't look good. I don't want you to have this problem, I really hope there is something the hair stylist can do, but up do's for weddings are beautiful too, and I should've done that for me.

I love, love, love, love, love the original style. I would tell them to pile on the spray. I think that when a bride is really thin an has a tiny bun, she almost looks bald. If you did a bun, i would suggest doing a big one, so it balances out the whole dress.

I think your original style is so beautiful but will it hold through a day of excitement, people hugging you and invariably touching your hair, a night of dancing?

If yes go for it, it's stunning. If maybe not then I'd go for alternative.

i think that with all the dancing and moving around during the wedding, the first hairstyle will last for even less time.

i voted for the second style - it's beautiful and it's guaranteed to stay, so you don't have to be worried all night about your hairdo falling apart...
