POLL: Salmon vs. Chilean Sea Bass
I'm not a big seafood person and I'm having a tough time deciding between having salmon or Chilean sea bass as an entree choice at my wedding. The Chilean sea bass is with lime and rosemary and the salmon is herb crusted with caper wine sauce.
Which would you prefer at a wedding?? Why???
Also, is there a specific way that you like either served?? My hall said that they can make a change to the dish if I prefer to have it a certain way.
TIA!!!!

Salmon is typical at a wedding. I'm personally having it at mine, a lot of people enjoy it.

Dont do salmon. I dont eat any seafood however ive always heard from my family and even from other catering facilities that salmon is the one fish that can ( andoften times does) come in a bad batch and is very fishy and uneatable. If you have other seafood otipns then i would recommend you choose something else.
