THE MOTHER DROPPED OUT OF MY WEDDING AND NOW IS MAKING A STINK.........THE KIDS FATHER IS IN IT THAT IS FH'S BROTHER AND HIS BROTHERS KIDS

The parents of both my RB and FG are driving them to the church and to the pictures/reception location. I think it'll keep them calmer than to have them in a limo with people they don't really know.

Our ring bearer and flower girl are twins. The mother drove them to the church and it was fine.

We didn't have ANY children in the limo. Parents bought them to the church and then took them to the reception. They were just too young for me to take responsibility of them God-forbid anything.

I think its fine, if the mom feels safer doing it that way, then I wouldn't force the issue.

I haven't really asked if moms w/b putting car seats in limo....we have 3 kiddos that would need them!

My sister had twins as her ring bearers. When we all got into the limo, one of them started crying, so he went with his dad, while the other stayed with his mom (and the bride) in the limo.

I would say that as long as their mother is going to get them there on time, it shouldn't be a problem. If however you are concerned that she won't get them there (and your post suggests this) then have FH talk to his brother about it.

thats what we had the parents do
they drove the kids .
kids were not allowed in the limo

NOW NI AM FORCED TO GET ANOTHER LIMO BC HIS BROTHER WANTS ALL THE FAMILY IN THE LIMO

SO NO MY PARENTS AND HIS PARENTS GET KICKED OUT

THEY HAVE TO GO IN ANOTHER LIMO

HIS BROTHER WANTS HIS LITTLE SON IN THE HUMMER UGH SO NOW I HAVE TO MAKE HIM AND HIS FRIGGIN WIFE HAPPY AND NOT MYSELF

I AM SO UPSET AND AGGREVTATED.... HIS SIL DROPPED OUT 10 MONTHS AGO AND SHE IS PULLING THIS CRAP NOW

I would not kick the parents out because of one kid. The brother and wife can get their own car.

It really looks like the brother, wife.. are making your wedding their own event.

Since this is the case, I would also informed the vendors that all requests have to cleared with you first. They are used to that type of situations.

What's next??? They are going to kick you out of the limo too??

If his brother wants HIS entire family in the limo - then HE should pay for a limo to take his entire family to the wedding - NOT YOU. Your FH needs to call his brother immediately and straighten this out. It is YOUR wedding, not theirs!!!

But this is not THEIR wedding. I don't understand why you have to adapt to the brother and wife even if you are not paying. Isn't it YOUR decision? Don't the people paying for it understand that it's not about the brother and wife trying to take over the wedding? They had their day. They will have to learn that they won't be the center of attention on that day.

Also, be careful with the photographer. She probably going to have him/her take photos of her family, etc. You don't need your photographer taking photos of them. They probably will ask. Those are times away from YOUR wedding and other guests. Especially if you have like 1000 photos and 50 of them are just about them. That's taken away from YOU.
