Duet ..!!

Their prices are excellent; the quality of their work is amazing, and the owners (Nicole and Eric) really work with you to make you happy ... they are flexible about adding things so that you get the package you want.

And I've never seen a set of pics taken by DUET that wasn't absolutely stunning!

Exactly

Yes...they are very pricey.. it does not justify there work i belive... I had signed Patken and wanted to make sure more money was going someplace good cause they offered the soho book also. I walked in and Saw there prices were a good 1k-2k above Patken

Re: Poll: Vote for your photographer/videographer!!!

Yes, Perceptions is pricey, but I did not see their level of artistry at the other places I looked at.

Everyone is looking for a different kind of style and perspective. Perceptions was the one that really stood out to me.

ETA: I might have gone with Imagine, but they weren't available for our date.

Thanks MCDO15 & twobugs.

Its seems all the ones I like are expensive.

This is the one thing I am the most picky about.

I'm using Bliss.. I really like the guy who runs the company. He's a real professional. His work was very impressive.. and to me the videographer is very important. I'm happy!

Re: Poll: Vote for your photographer/videographer!!!

we're using Jessica Photography, out of W.Babylon. We got a flyer in the mail and checked them out. They had very good pictures, and although the stuff on their walls seemed a little dated, it was just as good as many other studios we visited..

They are going our video too. Combined, the package was about 4200 ish (this was last fall that we booked them).

Jack (owner, i think) was very nice, they are always busy w/ weddings, so i felt comfortable using them.

If my budget could've handled them (at about 4K+for photog only), I also loved North Island Photography (out of Setauket) and Spelman Studios (Deer Park).
Good luck!
