Jane was doing a book signing and a Vietnam veteran spit a mouthful of chewed tobacco on her.
He dislikes her because of her strong and vocal opposition of the Vietnam during the 1970s.
Also, she allegedly met with American POWs while she was in Vietnam and instead of helping them, she made things even more difficult for them. Alegedly, they were trying to pass notes to her with their names so she could let their families know they were alive. But, instead, she handed the notes over to the captors and criticized the American soldiers.

Don't forget she took pictures of herself on AntiAIRCRAFT missles that are used to shoot our guys downt. That is not cool for any American to be smiling on one of those. She's a jerk. I understand why he did it.

This is true. They handed their SS# and some of those people were killed the next day Im glad that soldier spit on her.
Amen!! I would like to spit on her as well. I tossed her workout videos when I was made aware of her actions during that era. Sometimes saying sorry just ain't enough....We should have forced her sorry a$$ out of the country long ago...commy *******!! Isn't she in a movie coming up with JLO?

Damn - I wish I knew about it... I would have spit on her too.
My Dad spent his 21st birthday in Vietnam. I am confident janes birthday was a bit different. Good for that Vet.
