POLL: What kind of gas do you put in your car?

I've been putting premium only since Day 1, but with gas prices so high maybe I'll just put premium every OTHER week

Look in your car manual, and see what is says. Once in awhile mix it up. My manual says 93 octane or higher.

Same here! Love my baby...spend too much money on it not to put the 'good' stuff in! Few pennies saved here and there is so not worth it in the long run!

DH will only put Premium in his cars
It costs us $45 to full up the suv

You should be using the type of gas recommended for your car.

I always thought I was doing right by my car in the beginning by using the highest octane I could get .. but an incident or two led the dealer to ask what kind of gas I was using .. when I told them .. 'the highest octane I could find' .. they said that was most likely the cause .. and to switch to the recommended regular .. which I did .. problem solved!
