It was definitely the photographer. Besides the location, this was very important to us and it took a long time to find one that we really loved and felt comfortable with.

My 'Other' response is that FH lives across the Hudson and it is soooo difficult to get together to look at vendors!

DJ - it's hard to see what they can do in person, so you have to pick and choose and hope you make a good guess.

Music, we've seen 7 bands so far and can't make up our mind!

I said other because I feel each was and is going to be difficult for its own reason...I have certain things in mind for each area and finding each to my liking with out compromising isn't going to be easy..but something I know I'll have to do

Our's was music. I wanted a DJ and he wanted a Band. So after much discussing (arguing) I agreed to let him have a band but I got to choose.

For me, it was the invites. Trying to find something unique with the quality I was looking for yet something that didn't break the bank (considering soooo many people just throw them away anyways )

Definately the Guestlist and picking people to be in your bridal party not wanting to hurt anyone feelings when you do anyway and don't even know it.

What I find difficult is telling people who consider themselves authorities on party planning to mind their own business and let me do as I please. I plan on doing this once MY WAY!!!!!

Getting people send back their responses and making the friggin' seating arrangement!! By far the most difficult for me!

I think the biggest obstacle I had was getting MIL to understand that I had a vision of how I wanted to look and it wasn't what she thought I should look like.

My wedding hasnt happened yet but I would say photography and doing the guest list is the hardest.

I would also say guest list- we had to eliminate people and it was many discussions.
