Do you mean wear it as in putting it on in your house to see how it looks or wearing it out of the house?

i tried it on of course and wore it on my finger for about 1/2 the first night i had it BUT quickly brought it to my moms so i wouldn't be tempted again!

I don't have mine yet, but I'd imagine my situation being similar.

I don't have mine yet so I don't know how tempted I'd be to wear it, but I know that I would try not to wear it until after it's official. After all, you want to wear them after they are blessed....

I have worn my wedding band every single day since I got it in March (my wedding is in September). I even wore it to my shower!! While everyone I know thinks I am crazy, they also think that it is typical for me. Personally, I don't see the point in waiting. But I understand that every bride is not like me.

I tired mine on in the jewler to make sure it fit... and then put it on a couple times to show people and that's about it... it's staying in the box until the big day...

I wouldn't wear it out of the house, simply because i am not married... but I would wear it around the house.

I tried it on a couple of times, but I've never worn it, I want it to be special when I wear it, and I feel like if I wear it now I'll ruin it .. BUt I want too!!!!!!!!!

I just can't understand why someone would wear a wedding ring before getting married. It seems a little pretentious to me. To each his or her own, but that's my position on it.

There was something special about putting my ring on after the wedding (it was not the ring I was married with), as it signified a change. A new ring that I had never worn before other than to try it on to signify a new beginning. DH and I are getting used to wearing our rings together.

probably just to try it on when we pick it up from the jeweler. after that, it would be put into safe keepings until the wedding day.

I tried mine on at the jeweler. After we fell in love with our rings, I asked how long they would take to come in. She said 3 months. I said 'NO WAY!' If I have that ring in my possession for that long, I would be too tempted. I don't think I would wear it outside of the house but I would wear it all the time in the house. When we do get it (much closer to the wedding), I am sending it off to my MOH to have her hold it away from me!!!

I have to put mine away. I keep putting it on for a few minutes to play. Also, because until last week, I wasn't sure I picked the right one.

We are actually making them a surprise - My FH knows the one I want - but I wont see exactly what he picked out until we are getting married.

FH has the rings at his house so I can't really wear them around the house. I think it's bad luck if you do but that's JMO.

We haven't purchased them yet... but when we do we're not going to wear them until the day we get married. I am actually a little surprised that some people wear them everyday before being married. Truly to each's own.

We live in Indiana so I have to travel home to LI for the wedding. I was considering wearing my band on the plane. I didnt want to pack it and I am afraid it might fall out of my purse when it goes through all those metal detectors.
