POLL: X-BOX OR PLAYSTATION2?

Oh no!!!!!! I'm Soooooooooo confused!

we have a PS2 and love it!!!! there are a ton of games that we play together - lots of racing games and we are addicted to GTAVC!!! can not tell you how many sunday mornings we stayed in our PJ's and played for hours and hours!!! it's some of the best time we have together

also - you can use PS2 as a DVD player, not sure if you can do that with XBox.

First of all, if you ever want do see your FH not glued to the TV, don't buy either.

If you do decide to buy one, I suggest the XBox. My FH has and loves it. He plays for HOURS on end (I've posted a few complaints on here recently!) and with the online kit, he can play the same game at the same time with his friends too. Plus if you don't already have a DVD player, it doubles as one.

get a gift certificate to best buy and tell him to get what ever one he wants and a game

this way he gets exactly what he wants.
this is how I would like it done. if my fw came home with a ps2 and all I wanted was an xbox I would be happy on the outside... but want to return the ps2 immediatly (this is just a hypothetical situation)

so unless you know exactly what he wants get a gift certificate

Maybe a gift certificate is the best idea.

I'll drop some hints and see what he says.
