Poor service from LI Vendor

Once they take your money it's a damn shame they don't care anymore! I had SEVERAL horrible Customer Service experiences with this photography co. I can give more info if you FM me. They start with a P. If I write it they'll just edit it. Just want to warn others... My photos came out beautifully but my unfinished albulm is a mess and the service is horiffic, even if it is just one representative. We've paid them thousands....!

Thank you for posting about the P vendor, I was actually considering them but heard a few negative remarks, yours included. That really helps 'cus they are also expensive!

So many ppl rave aobut vendors but I wish more people would post about negative experiences as well so we can narrow down all the vendors out there. :)

I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but obviously everyone knows who you are talking about and i think its not nice to say when there are a lot of people out there that are using them. To be honest I read more positive comments then negative. I would just watch what you say!!!! Especially since I am one of the people using them.

I think people SHOULD voice what goes on that is wrong so that brides that are already booked with them can voice their concern positively. Everytime I have a doubt or hear something I dont like about Duet I bring it to their attention so they can address it and ensure it doesnt happen to me.

If nothing but positive was posted on this board it would make no sense. Liek searching to count how many good reviews there are.

I think posting this was a good thing to do. Lets not pretend every LIW vendor is great ALL of the time. Brides need to know the truth and if other brides get hurt in the process IMO they may be too sensitive. You are not talking about them, or their pictures. They might not even have used them yet. You are talking about FACT, what you have ALREADY experienced, so I think its a good idea and I am VERY sorry you are going through this. You are right after paying LOADS of money you should not have to hassle people to get what you paid for.

My friend used them and loved them.

I called them and happened to get someone with a major attitude and didn't even make an appointment.

I agree...you should be able to let the vendor know about all the problems you may have heard of so that you can insure that it does not happen to you.

I think that this board should be for honest reviews. Just because she had a negative experience with one aspect doesnt mean others will. Buts its helpful to everyone. She did say they took wonderul pictures. Afterall, we also use these reviews to help us. Her 'negative' comment can even help you and others using 'P' because you can voice a concern and make sure that it doesnt happen to you. I dont understand why you would be mad (i.e. the mad face) but your entitled to your opinion which is why I felt compelled to write mine.

not for nothing...if the problem is address, they will take care of it. nobody is perfect and with every good story, there will be a sad story that somehting wasn't done.

much of this has to do with taste.... if 1 bride wait for something but the other doesn't, they get bad mouthed for a reason that could of been address to them first.

most of the time, brides just come on here and hate for no reason besides to make them look bad and those are the post that getted pulled

I agree! I would rather see honest opinions then people not saying the truth because they don't want to hurt people's feelings.
