Pork Chop recipe

Need a good pork chop recipe for tuesday nights dinner. Any ideas?

Stuffed pork chops

I get the think costco pork shop boneless

Cut a pocket in the pork
make pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing.

after stuffing is cooked stuff the pork chops

pack the stuffing in it

then in a oven proof dish place the pork chops in with a lil bit of water on the bottom (really little like a teaspoon)

oven at 375 fo 45 mins
pork should not be pink when cut.

it is sooo good

you can season the pork rior to stuffing with whatever you want
