Anyone have a good boneless pork chop recipe? I'm looking for something different (besides grilling them). Thanks!

Re: Pork chop recipe?
Growing up my mom always cooked them this way. I didn't even know you could grill them until I met FH's family! :)
In a frying pan, cook pork chops slowly until cooked through and mostly white (brown cooked patches are a-ok). While each side is cooking, drizzle saurkraut juice on so that the juice cooks into the chop. Once cooked, put saurkraut all over the chops and into the pan. Lower temp to low, put lid on pan and let cook in juiced and kraut for 20 min or so.
Eat with apple sauce and mashed potatoes! So yummy!! The longer you let them simmer in the kraut, the better they taste, and the more tender they are!

Re: Pork chop recipe?
I have a yummy recipe but it is at home and don't know it off hand. It is in a frying pan with apples.
My quick, easy and yummy way to make them is Shake and Bake. I like the Garlic and Herb. Just throw the shake and bake crumbs in a the plastic bag and wet chops, toss in bag and shake. Bake for 20-30 mins!
When I first made them for DH he was scared - thought it was something like Hamburger Helper (he skeeves that for some reason). But now he could eat it everyday!!! It is the quickest meal and it makes him so happy. I guess he never eats fried foods - so eating something breaded make him thinks he is getting the fired stuff but it isn't!

I bread mine in bread crumbs and just bake them in the oven. I guess it is kind of boring.
