Do I need to have the undergarments and shoes that I'm going to wear day of when I go to order my dress? Does it matter? I assume they have to measure me and all that junk.

Id wear a similar bra you'll be wearing day of..like strapless etc.
you really don't have to have the exact shoes. They'll hem later, but you could wear similar height heels etc.

you should have the same or at least very similar undergarments to get a perfect fit when you order the dress. don't worry about shoes. you can always buy them later, but you will need the exact shoes when you have your dress hemmed if need be

If you are getting a hollow to hem measurement when you order your dress, try to have shoes that are the same heel height as what you will be wearing for the wedding.

When I ordered my dress, it was helpful to have shoes the same height as the ones I'd be wearing. Maggie Sottero allows you to order the hem 2' or 3' shorter, free of charge, this way you won't have to pay for a hem later on.

Oh that's awesome! I better make sure I want to keep the 4' heels! lol
