Did they hand cancel with you there or they said they would do it?

I've been told that you want to be there when they do it or do it yourself because they will say they will and then once you leave dont!

I knew I should have waited, now Im real nervous. I was going to ask if he could do it right there but, I thought I would sound b itchy.

After going to 3 post offices, I put FH in charge of mailing them out. And since I wasn’t there to be anal he left them with her to be hand cancelled – but luckily she actually did it!
