Post your DIY centerpieces!!

Hey Ladies!

I have decided to take on my own centerpieces and was wondering if you all that have made your own could post- whether they were for your RD or your wedding.... please let me know I am not the only crazy one out there (or with a negitive bank account!)

If anyone has pictures of centerpieces on oblong tables- like at watermill and westbury manor- that would really help me with ideas!

Thanks!

OK, this is not a great photo, but the only one I have so far that shows it so you can see it.

Great idea!! I saw some nice ones at the wedding of the year that were just champagne glass filled with grapes(you could do strawberries or blueberries or glass stones and they had short roses ontop. They were surrounded by rose petals and i think votive candles. I'll try to find a pic.

FH cousin also had round bowls(Im sure you could get them at Michaels)he filled them with strawberries in water and put roses on top. Im resizing pics now....

Mine is only the sample I made but it will be on a white tablecloth(round table), on top of a large purple napkin that matches the other napkins I bought. The stones that I got actually are all an amythest color that really reflects the candles. I also plan on adding glow gel to the stones and a glow stick inside the lighthouses.

Mine isn't a DIY but I saved a ton of $ buying these and it could be a DIY project..

This pic was taken at my house, don't have any good shots of them at the reception on my computer right now.
