Posted on 09 Brides, too - Question for Married Ladies!
My mom was wondering and wanted me to ask you girls:
What is the one item you wished you had the day of the wedding (or when you were getting ready) that you didn't have?
Thanks a bunchie!

1. See if you have a friend that can video tape the ceremony and give you the camera at the end so you can watch it on your honeymoon.
2. I really wish that I told the DJ to play more madonna LOL.
3. I wish that I hadn't brought my cell phone to my own wedding, It caused drama (cancellations) and I don't even know how I managed to not loose it.
I will think if there is anything else :)

I would say I had everything I needed but maybe more photos of the girls and i getting ready. I wish we had some of my husband too...

Have someone put your lipgloss on during the reception. I would assign that to someone. Also, we had those blotting sheets which my bp said was AWESOME!!!

The only thing I really can think of is my camera. We had it somewhere (maybe left it in the bridal suite). I had given it to my mom thinking she would take pics but she really didn't have a chance and forgot she had it. I wish I kept it at my table, because even though we had paid a photographer, there were so many friends I didn't get pics w/ because they weren't in the bridal party etc. The night went so fast and we didn't think 'oh let's take pics together' If I had it w/ me we probably would have gotten some of the ones we missed. We also didn't bring my makeup in from the car. I used my sister's lipstick but I wish I had my stuff to touch up with.

One more thing
I wish I would have done a guest book instead of the sign in picture. DH friends decided to write in big handwriting and take up most of the space and my RH did not layout the coordinator markers I had so the pen it came out ran out of ink

DH took his jacket and tie off b/c he was getting hot on the dancefloor. It was totally fine but we only remembered to put his jacket back on for cake cutting pics (and not the tie!) so all of those pics aren't as 'polished' as i wish they are. I mean they're fine.... but it would've looked better if he had put the tie back on.
I give him a hard time about it all the time ;)

A pair of flip-flops. My feet were so tired and worn down from the wedding. Trust me, keep a white pair with jewels or beads in handy esp if your wedding is outdoors. Also keeping a mini sewing kit on hand helps as well for any rips or tears at the last sec. Or make your own kit- keep a needle and a few threads in blk, white, etc. in handy.
