Did anyone ever buy their furniture? I have my eye on some of their pieces but they are a little expensive. I was just wondering if the quality is worth the money or if its just overpriced.
I haven't because of their price - I don't know about quality either. But so much of their stuff is copied for cheaper prices. Check out Eddie Bauer, Target, Linens and Things, Crate and Barrel, etc. There's a great topic on WC about finding Pottery Barn stuff for cheaper. They direct you to some pretty good stores too
I ordered a console table from Pottery Barn and it was good quality the only downside was we had to put it together ourselves. The bad thing was I bought shelves that were pictured with the table and the shelves and table were totally different colors in person. I was really annoyed because the person on the phone and in the store said if they are pictured together than they will match in woood type. I returned my whole order and had to fight with them to re-imburse my shipping fees - for I felt what they advertised was false - but I eventually did get it re-imbursed - just was a hassle.
I have the Charleston couch and loveseat - we love it! It is so comfortable!
We bought our dining room set and bar/console table from Pottery Barn. I love them!
