Yes, definitely.
I am also totally stealing your idea, if you don't mind, of the photo cufflinks. He's been so upset about how Coco won't be with us on the day of the wedding, when he gets ready or outside the church, so I think it would be nice to have his pic on the cufflinks.

Oh Yesenia I am so sorry sweetie. Some people just don't understand that bond so I know this is a very difficult time for you and Luis. My heart goes out to you both.

A family Friend Sent us this little 'story' when my dog died..I thought it was sweet...

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body begins quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.

The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together...

KRISTIN!!!! As if everyone's posts didn't bring enough tears to my eyes, this story really brought them down. It's so very sweet and I truly believe we'll see Coco again one day. Thank you! I'll be sure to send this to Luis too.

Aww no problem!! I seriously hadn't read this story since our dog died 5 years ago but I never forgot it because it touched me so much... but of course as soon as I read it again my tears started pouring out!! Willy (our dog) was seriously my best friend...kinda like another sibling...except one that didn't talk back, and always listened and was always happy to see me when I came home... definitely a part of the family (ok well he was more like king of the family...knew how to get whatever he wanted) hehe.

Oh my goodness, I am so sorry for their loss. I was wondering where she had been.
