Preaching on the trains

How do you all feel when someone preaches on the trains. I know someone people doesn't believe what they say but I feel that should be done in a church. This is just my opinion.

I think people should be silent when on trains - and that includes preachers.

I agree, I don't want to hear anyone yelling including preachers.

i think its very disrecpectful and rude of people to do that

thats like me screaming preaching politics to strangers. its just wrong.

You have all said it. What is wrong with not wanting to hear others views before we have to go and be at work all day or before we get home.

I can't stand them!

In the morning I cannot stand it. I turn up my IPOd. I'm more accepting of it on the way home, but it still bothers me.

I hate it when ANYONE does anything stupid on the trains... begging... preaching.... singing.... dancing.... taking.... etc.

If I want to see a comedy show... i'll hit the comic strip.

If I want to hear singing... i'll hit the opera.

If I want to see dancing... i'll hit the club.

If I want to see people talking... i'll watch the news

If I want to see preaching... i'll go to church

If I want to donate money to the poor... i'll visit my local charity

Keep all this crap off my train ride. Thank you and have a nice day.

i remember one morning i was on my way to work and over the PA system in the nj transit hub in hoboken i hear 'have a blessed day' - i was about to go find and strangle the loon but i was late for work !

keep religion in houses of worship.

There is one of those on the NYC subways too!
I don't mind that too much , but all the other stuff ( preaching, singing, begging, selling the homeless newspaper, selling batteries & noisy toys) doesn't belong on the train.
