Precana or not??

Precana or not??

Ok so my friend tipped me off that this beautiful church in my area will bend the rules and will let you skip precana (still have to pay for it though!)..... They're also very flexible, don't give you a problem performing your ceremony if you're not a parishioner...

At first this sounded great! no precana!......

FH lives far enough as it is... It's hard to get together on weekdays to go to all these wedding appointments...

But now that I'm thinking about it... maybe we SHOULD go to precana?!? Maybe it will be helpful in the long run??

What do you ladies think? Of your experience with precana?

Should we or shoudn't we??

Do you think it's helpful at all?

Go to Precana - if your paying for it anyway. I found it very informative and helpful. We enjoyed it!

I know it sounds like a pain in the behind to go to pre-cana, but I would definitely go, especially since you have to pay for it. There are a lot of issues brought up that you might not have thought about discussing.

Like the others said, definitely go. Why would you deny yourself the opportunity to potentially learn more about each other and discuss issues you may otherwise have neglected to discuss? You're paying for it anyway.
