Prenatals

If we are going to start TTC in April when should I start taking prenatal vitamins? I'm so sick with baby fever!!!

you can start now ith a regular multi vitamin for women with the extra folic acid.,...you need 400mcg

Thanks, I have been taking womens one a day for a while, just checked the folic acid.... 400mg. I'm good for a while then.

I went to my dr. yesterday. She told me I should start prenatals 3 months before TTC, and to keep taking a women's multivitam until then. Check with your doctor.
