Prepaid cell phones

my mother has had the t-mobile prepaid service for about three years now...same number...(they even changed the name from...well, i don't remember what they used to be called) and she loves it...they often times have specials and deals on the cards--where you do get lots more 'bang for your buck'

as i said, she loves it...no commitment...the phones are inexpensive...and as long as your bro isn't a chatterbox while on his cell phone, it should be fine...
