Prices Per Person

We will have about 4 or 5 kids (under 10) and about 8 kids (between 13-18) at our reception. For the smaller ones we have to pay 1/2 price, but I don`t think we should have to pay the total price p.p. on the bigger ones especially since they won`t be drinking. What`s everyone`s feelings on this? Has anyone had any experience with their hall regarding this subject?

You may want to talk to your hall to see if they can take some $$$ off on the underage young adults who wont be taking advantage of the open bar. But it depends on the hall. For example, my hall will deduct $16 per head for open bar but there are other halls who will only deduct $2.
