Printer Help !!!

I am the MOH for my sisters upcoming Aug 06.... She asked me to check out printers in the NYC area. She needs to put 'pdf file' onto card - probably a polished paper - with envelopes about 150 - 175.. These are for her STDs. Any suggestions?
I am going to check out Staples at lunch...
