problems with duet

So i am still in the process of finalizing my album...did it all very late, but i have a problem. I have gotten 2 album layouts...both similar, but i was not happy. WHen i made changes to the last layout they told me that they would not make my changes with out additional charges. I have taken put pictures and replaced them with other ones. Am i not allowed to do that? I am over my images, but originally they told me as long as i didnt add new pages, and i was happy with they way they were fitting on the page that i wouldnt be charged for additonal images. Now they are changing the story. Im just confused about this whole thing. Am i wrong to change pictures? SHould i not do that? Im really unhappy with duet at the moment. I have referred them to many people but as of now i am really unhappy....

Sorry to hear that you're having issues...what does your contract say?

When we met with photographers, most said they'd allow one set of changes for free, and then there'd be a charge. Do you know if they have an in-house album designer? If not, then it costs them money to make more changes.

Also, if you have the photos on a disc, then you can make your own album online, too. I know...you paid to have one professionally made, but if it means shelling out a lot more money, then you may want to cut your losses and just create your own.
