I just wanted to tell you, I called DH and he was HYSTERICAL over this. He wants to name the dog Emory since it sounds like MRE and call it Emmy for short.
He also loved Liberty, so right now its between Emory and Liberty.

OMG SUsi & Jenn, I just LOVE the MRE names!!! Especially because the whole WORLD is an MRE to a new puppy!! Best of luck, we want to see pix when she comes home!!!!!

My DOC has a doggie named Liberty- they all call her Libby- they got her just after 9/11

fh is in teh marines and wants to name a dog after something marine related.
i think i like trooper - it just sounds easier to say when calling teh dog

My brother is a retired marine and he named his puppy he got when he came hoe. Liberty!! She was sooo cute!

How about stripes? I think that is cute...Trooper is cute...for A BOY DOG...when you have kids and it is a girl, don't let him name her!!!!! (j/k)
