We are staying for now, we own our house, but we are planning on to Costa Rica eventually.

For now we are staying. FH is very stubborn and doesn' t even want to move out of the town he grew up in! But he's starting to finally understand that even with the market starting to soften on our salaries we can't afford anything more than a 1 bedroom co-op. He wants a house or an apartment and I want something we wont kill ourselves trying to afford! Most likely we we'll be staying on LI but hopefully moving just outside of LI/ City area
