Was FH your first love? Were you his?
I never said 'I love you' to anyone before. But I had thought in my head 'Oh I love them blahblahblah', but when I met and fell in love with FH, I realized that what I had felt before was so not love even in the slightest form.
FH had said 'I love you' to two people before. But it was the same situation as for me. When he met and fell in love wth me, he said he realized that neither of those were really love at all either.

Well i was engaged before i met FH - Ex FH & I were supposed to be married june 2003 & broke up in March - i met FH in September. I thought i loved him but i think i was just inlove with the idea of getting married. I dated alot before but never really in love..... i am now truly in love.

Nope, neither of us were here either. We were both in serious relationships before we met each other. However, I can say that this love is 'different' in a way I can't really describe. But we are each others lasts!

No, I dated someone else for nearly 6 years. While I cant deny I lo0ved him alot, the love for FH is much different and much stronger

No for either of us...He was actually thinking about asking his HS gf to marry him, then she cheated on him and that ruined that for him (thank the lord it did!!). My ex was my first relationship/first love, but I hate to say it, my true first love was actually someone I was seeing when I was with my ex. I dont think it ever would have worked with me and the other guy or me and my ex...But I am glad I had the relationships I did bc then when I had met Shawn I dont think I would have been ready for it/known myself as well as I should...

FH was absolutely my first love... and my first really serious boyfriend actually...
FH dated and hooked up with many more people then I did. He said he thought he was in love once before, but said when he fell in love with me he realized he never really felt like that with anyone else.
I love him!!

I have definitely said it before to exes but not until I met FH did I understand what it really meant... he actually makes those words meaningful!!!
