Whip 'Em Out Wednesday!!!! Your binders!!!

What does your wedding binder, notebook, folder (etc.) look like?

Good Morning Ladies…so as the big day draws closer and closer I grow more and more attached to my wedding binder and notebook. I carry them with me whenever I go to vendor appointments and to work. At home I’m always referring to it when going over details with the FW. Whenever I come across anything I love wedding related I rip it out of a magazine, print it out and put it in my binder. I hear a song that I’d love played at the reception or cocktail hour, there’s a tab for that. There’s a tab of invitation sketches and drafts of wording, poses I want to make sure my photographer gets. It’s my physical pinterest basically (I’m old-school like that lol). My notebook has questions for vendors, weekly to-do lists, budget tracking, bridal shop contact information, bridal party measurements…it’s got it all!!! With that said, I’d like to show them love. So in honor of our beloved planning life lines…Show me The binders!!!
Share a pic of your wedding binders, trapper keepers, boxes, folders, notebooks…whatever you use to organize the wedding insanity. If you'd like write a little something about it...like I said, I love mine! Happy Hump Day!

Re: **~~QOTD 1/15/14~~**

My wedding binder is so heavy I can't even carry it around. It's the Martha Stewart one it's got tabs, folders, pockets, proper etiquette...I love it. I did find a really cute notebook that i use to make notes and to do list. I will try and attach the picture but it never works, so I'll put it in my album. It's green with white polka dots and on the side it says 'it started with a kiss' it's so cute I love it!!

Re: **~~QOTD 1/15/14~~**

I have a wedding binder, a notebook/folder combo and a clear file folder that holds the address labels/misc papers. Then there are smaller keepsakes like the 'Bride to Be Book' which is more a keepsake thing. I also have The Knot's Book of Wedding Lists, which is very convenient.

It's not the most organized of methods but it works for me. The binder, not pictured, (Easy Wedding Planning, by wedspace.com, this big baby blue thing) holds the contracts and the folder holds other papers we've received. The contract we originally got from our venue came in its own pretty silver folder.

I love my binder so much. Every vendor that I go to is like, omg look at you so organized! It's got tabs and pockets. I don't have it with me at work today (the one day!!) because I don't have any phone calls to make today (lololol) but I'll try and post a pic later! I also have a little notebook I carry around in my purse for when I have an idea I just have to write down. I have a job in administration so being organized is a MUST at work. I knew all that would come in handy some day! LOL!

My wedding binder is actually the creation of FH!!
I had a HUGE pink binder that I bought when we first got engaged. It has spots to write everything in along with timelines.
HOWEVER, I quickly realized I would not need it since we knew all of our vendors and didn't really have many decisions to make.
Now we have a 1 inch binder with all contracts in plastic sleeves. The front of it has a timeline that our RH gave us.
I haven't been much of a bride when it comes to a crazy binder, and I kind of wish I didn't purchase the huge binder that is now sitting under our bed with nothing written in it ;)
