I would be going from an R to a W. I'm thinking about hyphenating since my last name is short (Ryan) and could probably go with anything. FH isn't such a fan of that but I haven't decided yet. Irish to German.

I haven't decided what I am going to do yet. I'll probably just change it, but I'm not really thrilled about it. Not that I don't want his last name, it's fine, I just identify with my current last name that I don't really want to change it. Maybe I'm weird because most people seem really excited to change their last names.
And If I do change it, I won't be moving very far. My maiden name is An... and his is Ar...

I am going from Muscarella to Mango. Yes, Mango, like the fruit. I am happy to be switching just because Iwill share the same last name as FH and it is shorter but I do like the sound of my name better. I know whenever people ask my name I am going to get sick of saying 'Mango like the fruit' lol
*for the record when I met FH his pick up like was as follows: FH: Hi I'm Mango (all his friends called him by his last name) Me: Hi I'm Kristin. Did you say Mango? Like the tropical Fruit? FH: It's not a tropical fruit, its a passion fruit
he swears its the first time he used this line! doubt it
Haha! Definitely a memorable first meeting.

Cute question!
I'm going from F to O. I joke around about hyphenating my last name because my current name is 10 letters long and ends in an O (and nobody knows how to spell/pronounce it upon first sight/sound), and FH's name starts with an O and has an apostrophe, so my hyphenated name would be absolutely absurd.
My maiden name is so unique that I'll kind of miss having it, but at the same time, I'm looking forward to not having people practically choke upon hearing my name!

I'm going from R to H. I'm reluctantly changing my name. Its the only thing I have left of my dad but its important to fh so I'm moving up in the alphabet.

I'm going from T to S.. My maiden name is very Italian and my new last name is going to be Armenian and its extremely hard to pronounce and spell =/ but I'm changing it because I know my FH wants me to and it's the traditional thing to do lol

I love my maiden name (Miller) it's easy, everyone can spell it, pronounce it, it flows with my first name. I want to keep it, but I also look forward to having the same last name as him and my children. Currently we have a daughter and when I call anywhere and they say 'What's the name' my answer is always 'I'll spell it for you' because it's that kind of name (sigh). Oh well. I love him anyway!

I'm moving down from F to m. My name now is super easy 5 letters - Flynn Now my name will be longer but it still sounds nice together. It does have little c big C in it though which can be confusing. But our initials will be the same CM

I'm keeping my name because it's too much a part of who I am to give it up. I tried to get him to take my name, but no dice lol. If I were to take FH's name, I'd be moving up from C to G.
