Goodmorning!

Are you a DIY bride? If so, how much so? What have you decided to DIY?

Me - I'm likely the exact opposite of a DIY bride. Arts and crafts was never my thing. I am bargain hunting the best I can when it comes to this wedding, but I will not be welding a glue gun at any point before the big day (or after, for that matter)

The one thing I am somewhat putting together are the 5 Jordan Almonds in the pretty little organza bags....I saved some money ordering the bags and almonds separately. Believe me, it was tempting to just order the little trinkets fully assembled...

I have DIY'd my wedding invites, ceremony programs, flip flop basket stuff, and bubble wands :)

I was never crafty, but I found some super easy tutorials this past summer and really enjoyed it

I am SO not a DIY bride. I am hoping to attempt a few small things like the flip flop basket for example, but I'm not very crafty or patient for that matter! Some of these ladies are awesome with that stuff! Wish I had even a little of their skill...

I am not a DIY bride. I believe in etsy and paying for it to be done lol.

I did my own invites, bouquet, centerpieces, flower girl basket, and cake topper.

A bridesmaid of mine was going to help me make the seating cards. I bought some of the necessary material already. I'm not as crafty as I wish I was. My mom definitely is. She wanted to make my bridesmaids flowers! (Because she's just good like that. Lol) She was inspired by the friend whose wedding I was in two years ago. The bride had made all of the bridesmaids flowers!

So funny -my mom is the exact same way. It definitely didn't rub off on me. I'm a buy-it bride, for sure

I am a DIY :) I love Michaels/AC Moore/Joannes and Staples..I did my own save the dates, bridesmaid/groomsmen invites, engagement party invites, painted wooden initials for the hall and made my own kissing balls :) They are all in my album..More DIY projects to come!

I am not a DIY bride, but I do have a DIY groom. FH has helped me a lot designing our stationary (he's really good with graphics). So he designed our save the dates, he's designing our table numbers, ceremony programs, place cards, etc. My FMIL is also really good at DIY, so she will be helping me make my cardbox, etc. My MOH is making the pew bows for our church. So grateful for a good support system!

ETA: I do a LOT of research though, so I usually have the designs and materials required ready, they mainly help me with execution..

semi-diy. i am making the little things, but we have hired FH's second cousin to be our DOC/DIY guru. she's extremely crafty and wants to get into wedding planning. her own DIY wedding was featured in a magazine and she has her own blog, so im really happy she's helping us make our visions a reality.

I am totally a DIY bride! I am not great at arts and crafts, but I am wonderful at finding ideas online and copying them lol. I have DIYed my card box, and I will DIY my invitations, menus, programs, hotel guest boxes, things of that nature.

I am definitely a DIY bride! I am making our invitations and working on some other decoration projects for the reception hall too. Still trying to decide if I really need to do programs or not. I gave making a card box a shot but it leaves something to be desired haha

I love Michaels craft store though! I'm in there all the time!

I am a DIY bride to an extent. I am making the table numbers, and working with the florist to make the centerpieces. I am also making cry packs, and at first I wanted to attempt making the menus and programs, but I will most likely order from Esty for those now.

I started out completely against DIY-ing anything, bc I didn't want the stress. Then I realized I'll give myself an ulcer worrying about $$ if i pay for everything. LOL

I started with DIY-ing cry packs. I've also been decorating wine glasses for gifts to my bridesmaids and flower girl. I've made a sparkly 'mr & mrs' sign, and I'm thinking of doing table #s the same way. I made an instagram sign. I'll end up doing some sort of seating cards.

For all the girls who don't think they can do DIY, just find projects you like on Pinterest or another website, and I guarantee if you get the right supplies you can do it yourself.

I definitely consider myself to be a creative person. There are a lot of things I plan on DIYing when I have time off in February - haven't had much time to do anything yet.
