How are you going to seat people at your reception? Bridal party? Family? Friends? Is there a proper etiquette to follow because my mom said there was ???

We will be at our table, with everyone scattered throughout the room. Where ever my mother decides where she wants to sit and where she wants her family is where she/they will go. Once she makes up her mind then i can put everyone else where i want them.

we will be at the sweetheart table. then the bridal party will be, girls & dates the the left & guys & dates to the right. my family & friends will be on the left side of the dance floor. FH's family & friends will be on the right side on the dance floor
prob me and FH a the deus thing..... regular table for bp but close to us, and regular table close to us for parents and close family as well

yeah but thats only because Jackie didnt like my idea. i wanted to play musical chairs every 20 minutes, and the person who loses has to move to anotehr table. this way we keep it constantly interesting... and people meet new people...![]()
we will be at a deus table the i will be doing the first table bp(a )then bp(b) the start with table 1- what ever number we end up at.

that would be awesome to do, sounds like something i would come up with, just to piss other people off
This is something we will have to think about because our RH is not the typical set up. The dance floor is on the patio and then the seating is more like a restaurant setup if that makes any sense. I don't think that it will matter much where people sit because the seating is pretty much the same. Will prob put close family closer to the patio etc...
I dont think I am sitting the bridal party all together. They'll be scattered and sitting with who they are friends with
