How are you going to seat people at your reception? Bridal party? Family? Friends? Is there a proper etiquette to follow because my mom said there was ???

us at the sweetheart table, bridal party & dates at two different tables close to us. Immediate family will have prime seats around the dance floor.
I also know that I want to scatter both families throughout the room. One RH I went to said this is the brides side and this is the grooms side. I want everyone to mingle and have no 'sides.'

FH and I along with the bridal party all at a table (FH and I in the middle)
we honestly dont care where the guest sit.. they can sit where ever they feel...
however, there are 2 family tables...one will include my parents and grandparents and another will include his parents and grandparents

I love the musical chairs idea!!! I know for sure we're doing a sweetheart table. After that, I'm going to let my Groomzilla decide.
